Based on my experience dealing with ID Automotive Repairs in Port Kennedy, I am pleased to say that this is an automotive repair business that stands out as far superior to most of the auto services on offer out there.
I bought an older Nissan Patrol a few years ago. I am crazy about that car, but it had some serious kilometers on it and was in need of some even more serious TLC.
In the time that I have been sending the car to the ID Auto team they have completely transformed the car's performance, and importantly, they have done so at fair prices with no tricks. Actually, to be fair they have gone out of their way to save me money, and have managed to do so on several occasions.
It is not hard to see that Ian runs a tight ship, the workshop looks thoroughly clean, modern and very organized. Vicky on the front desk is always cheerful and has a lot of knowledge about who to call for what. Ben has on each occasion taken considerable time to explain in plain language the technical details of the work and Mick has done a fantastic job on my vehicle to the point where it has been transformed into a completely revitalized performance. I was genuinely impressed.
I rarely write reviews, but on this occasion have decided to do so because the ID team at Port Kennedy have done such an outstanding series of difficult jobs on my car and have transformed its performance. A BIG thank you to Ian and the team for the patience they have shown in getting my troublesome car back on the road.
