I D Automotive Repairs, Bosch Car Service is owned and managed by Ian Daniel. Established in 2005 we have grown from two to six staff. Ian has over 30 years of experience in motor trade industry, most of our growth is due to word of mouth.
We take our business very seriously and aim to be a market leader within our area.
We strive to have the highest level of customer service. Integrity is the most important value and we operate from that perspective with all our business relationships.
Communication is of the utmost importance at ID Automotive Repairs, Bosch Car Service. We take the time to explain the problems with a vehicle to our customers.
Safety and reliability is another major focus within our business. We have devised our vehicle servicing to have a full inspection and safety report. This allows us to inform our customers of any urgent issues or repairs that will need to be addressed in the near future and what may need attention when the next service is due. A full colour coded report is given to the customer upon pick up after a service. This is what we refer to as peace of mind servicing.
