ID Automotive Repairs in Port Kennedy won the Best New Business for Bosch Car Service award at the Bosch Service Network Convention in Melbourne.
The gala awards and certification ceremony took place at the Plaza Ballroom in Melbourne, Australia as part of the annual Bosch Service Network convention.
Dressed to impress, approximately 200 people from Bosch Service Network workshops across Australia and New Zealand attended the gala awards night as part of the Bosch Service Network convention in Melbourne, Australia.
Nominations came in from around the Oceania region, and owner/manager Ian Daniel and said he was surprised and pleased to win the award which recognises his and his team’s excellence in customer service. He commended his team, saying “We’ve put in a lot of hard work.”
The quality of the Bosch Service Network is strictly monitored through quality assessments. Through these, the level of Bosch Service quality amongst workshops is determined and the results revealed the best performing workshop from the Bosch Car Service business sector. Additionally each year Bosch Car Service workshops are mystery tested, another part of the system Bosch has in place to monitor the customer service level of the network.
